Edward holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Idah in 1987 and he is a graduate of Southward College, London and London School of Business & Finance. He holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS)

Edward has over 30 years’ experience in Auditing, Financial Management, Management Consultancy, Implementations Consultancy, and Project Management. A consummate professional, with a wealth of systems knowledge and experience, he is a rare blend of Accountancy, Project Management and Information Technology. As an Implementations Consultant and Systems Accountant, one of his major strengths is his understanding and Analysis of Business processes.

As a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Edward has an in-depth knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting both in the Private and Public sector. He is highly motivated and performance oriented with a strong desire to succeed at every level. Excellent interpersonal skills, a keen team player who adopts a logical approach to solving complex issues and he is comfortable at working under pressure to achieve deadlines.

Edward is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of England & Wales (CIMA), Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also a registered professional member of Financial Reporting council of Nigeria (FRCN).
