A talented and adept Capital Market operator with over 30 years cognate working experience in the Advisory, Restructuring and Capital Markets. Over the years, she has led numerous project teams advising either the Nigeria Government or Corporate Institutions on major financial transactions.

She is primarily responsible for the group’s Capital Market’s activities. In this capacity, she has managed numerous diverse transactions, Mergers of Trust bond Mortgage Bank and First Mortgage Bank, Divestment of Capital Express Ghana, Evans Therapeutic Limited Small Medium and Enterprise (SME) business, and mergers & acquisitions amongst which are setting up, monitoring and evaluation of the SMEEIS programmes, Divestment Access Subsidiaries, Access Bank /Intercontinental Acquisitions and Merger, Wema Takeover, First Inland Bank merger, privatization of African Petroleum, packaging of Crusader Insurance, packaging of A-Z Mutual Funds, Intercontinental Bank Plc merger and public offer etc. She fully understands the dynamics of professional due diligence processes and other coordination issues peculiar to evaluation and privatization.

She is a graduate of Accountancy from Bayero University Kano. She holds an MBA degree from theUniversity Ado-Ekiti and she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria.
