Uche is the Managing Associate in the Firm. With years of experience spanning different roles and organizations, he has gathered significant experience in Corporate and Commercial Services. Uche heads the Transaction Advisory Practice of the Firm advising individuals and corporations on contracts and complex transactions. Uche is also responsible for overseeing Corporate Governance and Corporate Services practice of the Firm.
