Our litigators also play an important role in protecting our clients' copyrights, representing clients before Federal Courts and Regulatory Agencies.

Our compliance experts comprise Trademark, Patent and Design management Attorneys and Paralegals who provide Search, Registration, regulatory compliance and total portfolio management services to local and international clientele.

Having been involved in a number of highly celebrated trademark disputes and oppositions, our representation in the Federal Courts have stood us out amongst our peers. In addition, our expertise in Negotiation and Mediation have enabled us meet our clients interest in a cost effective and time saving manner.


Entertainment Department



Our team brings together experience from across our practice areas especially its Intellectual Property and Corporate and Commercial Groups to provide a holistic and highly professional service to high net worth individuals, recording labels, media groups and regulatory agencies.

Our support includes advice on the legal and tax issues concerning financing film projects, the restructuring of media groups, structuring asset finance transactions on behalf of media groups or financial institutions, advising film studios, arrangers, banks and investors on the structure and implementation of media projects and the implication of corporate and copyright law.

We also prepare commercial agreements including content production, licensing and transmission, pay per view and subscriber management agreements on behalf of our clients and boast of in-depth knowledge of regulatory issues including licensing and cross- media ownership.
